Dr. Alicia Vasquez PT, DPT
Dr.Ā AliciaĀ is a Crown Point native who received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis. She was inspired to specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy during a graduate school lecture about the profound impact physical therapy can have in treating pelvic floor dysfunction. Dr.Ā AliciaĀ has a special interest in treating birth preparation in pregnancy. She hasĀ completed and passed multiple pelvic-specific post-professional courses from Herman and Wallace Institute. Dr. Alicia is trained in The Pelvic Affinity Method.
Megan Kelly OTR/L, MSOT, PCES
Megan earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota after completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Dickinson State University. As a former collegiate athlete, Megan has a passion for helping athletes return to the activities and sports they love while also specializing in caring for women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. She has completed advanced pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a Pelvic Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Megan is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care that empowers patients to restore function, reduce pain, and confidently return to the meaningful occupations that enrich their lives. Megan is trained in The Pelvic Affinity Method.
Dr. Alli Amptmeyer & Dr. Ashley DumontĀ
Pelvic Affinity was founded in 2023 by Dr. Ashley Dumont, PT, DPT, PRPC, PCES, and Dr. Alli Amptmeyer, PT, DPT, PRPC, with a shared vision of creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their pelvic health journey. Together, they bring a combined 18 years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction and are passionate about helping individuals of all genders regain confidence, improve function, and get back to living life fully.
Both Dr. Ashley and Dr. Alli are Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioners (PRPC) through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and have completed extensive post-doctoral training in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic health conditions. They specialize in caring for patients experiencing bladder, bowel, sexual health, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, pelvic pain, and orthopedic conditions that impact the pelvis and core. Their treatment philosophy centers on identifying the root cause of dysfunction, providing individualized, evidence-based care, and partnering with each patient to achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Dr. Alli earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois, where she was nominated by the faculty for the Alpha Eta Honor Society for Allied Health Professionals. Dr. Ashley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Indiana University and further expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Pelvic Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), allowing her to seamlessly integrate corrective movement and exercise into pelvic rehabilitation.
At Pelvic Affinity, Dr. Ashley and Dr. Alli believe that pelvic health is essential to overall wellness. They are committed to providing compassionate, one-on-one care in a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, respected, and confident throughout their healing journey.

As our Office Manager Kimberly is often one of the first friendly faces you'll meet. She enjoys building relationships with patients and takes pride in making sure each visit is as smooth and welcoming as possible. Her organized, compassionate approach and ability to solve problems with a smile help keep our practice running efficiently every day.
When she's not at work, you'll likely find her with a good book, trying a new baking recipe, planning her next adventure, or spending time with her beagle, George Clooney.
