HOW IT WORKS:

Each day, you will click on a "Session" just as if you were seeing us in the clinic. We have designed this program so that it BUILDS on difficulty. 

Click one video per day. Use your smartphone, computer, tablet OR download the Kajabi app so you can access the program on the go!

 

  • Weeks 1-2 have powerpoint lessons as well as some integrated workouts that you will follow along with. We will go over critical foundational information related to the pelvic floor, bladder, breathing, posture etc. We also included some "knowledge checks" along the way, so that you can keep track of what you know!
  • Weeks 3-5 are your "workout weeks". By then, you will have the foundational concepts down from Weeks 1-2 and now its time to get to work! Each video is working a different muscle group that is geared toward total body strengthening and pelvic floor muscle co-contraction.

In 25 min or less per day for 5-6 days/week, you are giving yourself the gift of prehab, preparation, and progress to work toward your recovery goal!
